I was at class by 6:45 and read through my notes for the mid term. Our lecture today went much longer than usual, and by the time it was done, my brain was overloaded. I went home, did some laundry and studied until it was time for dinner.
We don’t usually have class on Mondays, but tomorrow is going to be an all day lecture so the instructor wanted to have us come in and take our exam. I got home around 3, went to the bank and then went home to study for my mid-term in a couple weeks.
We had hot dogs for dinner and I was in bed by 9
I was at church by 10 and doing my security sweeps through the campus and checking the scores of the Seahawks game at the same time. As soon as church was done, we rushed home to catch the last of the game and then we went to get groceries. I bought a bunch of snacks for when I have breaks during class.
I relaxed for a bit and then hit the books to study for my exam tomorrow.
After class, I went home, changed clothes and then went to work. It was a pretty slow night so I was sent home early. I was in the back changing one of the ere kegs which exploded all over me. I was in the back of the restaurant gathering my belongings when some of my coworkers invited me to join them for a meal of food.
We went to a sushi restaurant near the mall and hung out and talked for a couple hours. Before I knew it, it was almost 2. I went home, showered and went to bed.
For the past two weeks I have been staying at school until 2 or 3 to work on the skills portion of the class. I left at noon today, changed clothes and took my books to the beach to study there. It started raining so I rode home and read the 70 pages about pediatrics at home. I finished just after Rebecca got home from school and she made tacos for dinner.
I relaxed at home while she went to her small group meeting.
After school today, I realized that Rebecca and I haven’t gone out on a date sine I started school. We went to the fancy Chili’s on the other side of Diamond Head, and then we saw a movie about an American and a Russian spy joint forces to stop Nazis. It was nice to get out of the routine and spend some time with my wife.
School, study, sleep
I was at work at 9 and stayed until 5. It was a long weekend and I was ready for a nap, but I had 8 chapters to go over as well as all of the quizzes from the week. I was asleep by 9
I was at church by 10 and helped out with security. There was a guest speaker so I didn’t really have to do much. I went home afterwards and read before going to work early to watch the Seahawks game from outside the bar next door. My shift started at halftime. I spent the rest of the game trying to look like I wasn’t watching the game.
It was a slow night, but people came in late making me stay late. I got home around 11:30
On my way to school, the accelerator on my moped was stuck in the on position, which meant the moped was constantly trying to propel itself forward. I took it in after class and walked home to read up on toxicology. Just as Rebecca was about to take me to work, they called and said the moped was fixed. I got a ride to the shop and rode to work. I was bartending again. It’s nice to be able to do something where I can just turn off my brain and go on autopilot.
I got home around midnight and went to bed.
